Alfred is a private household assistant that sends reminders, chore and grocery updates, and calendar confirmations by text message to the people who live in one home.
Alfred is the messaging layer for a household hub — a touchscreen and voice assistant installed in one home. It is not a public product or marketing service. Alfred sends text messages only to the phone numbers of people living in that household who have directly opted in to receive them.
Chores, appointments, and to-dos the household has scheduled.
A short text confirming an event was added, moved, or is coming up.
Notice when an item is added to a shared household list.
Day-to-day household notices, such as a delivery or doorbell alert.
Alfred does not send marketing, promotions, or any message on behalf of a third party. Every message originates from the household's own account owner.
Before any phone number receives messages, the person it belongs to reviews and agrees to the consent statement below. This is a standalone step — separate from agreeing to the Privacy Policy or Terms — completed when a household member is added to Alfred.
Examples of the actual content a household member receives once enrolled:
Reply HELP to any message to receive: "Alfred household notifications. For help contact alfred@docketforge.app. Reply STOP to unsubscribe." Reply STOP to any message to be unsubscribed immediately and receive one final confirmation text.

Alfred collects the phone numbers and names of household members who choose to enroll, along with the content needed to send household reminders, calendar confirmations, and checklist updates.
Phone numbers are used only to deliver the household notifications described on this page. Message content is generated from the household's own calendar, chore, and grocery data — Alfred does not use enrolled numbers for any other purpose.
A household member's phone number is retained only while they remain enrolled. Replying STOP removes the number from active messaging immediately.

Alfred is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers are not guaranteed to be liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
